Designed as complete bowl and lid systems, these sets help support secure food packing, transportation and takeaway service. The matching lids provide consistent rim engagement for improved handling and stacking, making the range suitable for soups, curries, rice dishes, noodle meals, salads and other liquid-rich or prepared foods.
500 ml Bowl with Lid: Suitable for side dishes, smaller meal portions, soups and portion-controlled takeaway servings.
750 ml Bowl with Lid: Suitable for rice bowls, mixed meals, curries and larger individual meal portions.

The bowls and matching lids are manufactured from 100% renewable sugarcane bagasse pulp using a heat-pressed molding process. They feature a uniform wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, providing a firm structure for commercial food packaging and takeaway applications.
Available in natural beige or chlorine-free bleached white, both bowls and lids have a smooth, uniform surface with no loose fibres. They feature clean machine-cut edges, a neutral, odourless finish and consistent colour throughout each production batch. Manufacturing includes high-heat UV treatment after molding, and the material is 100% PFAS-free, with no intentionally added fluorine.
The matching lid is designed to fit securely with the bowl, helping keep contents enclosed during takeaway handling and transportation. The bowl and lid system is suitable for temperatures from -25°C to +220°C.
The products are certified for microwave use for 2 to 3 minutes at high power and are suitable for oven use up to 220°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.
The material is resistant to hot oil up to 120°C and hot water up to 100°C. Depending on the selected size, the bowls can support food loads from 500 g to 800 g. The tightly stackable design supports convenient storage, handling and transportation in commercial kitchens, catering operations and distribution centres.
The bowl and lid sets are packed in 50-piece packs, available with shrink wrap or paper wrap, and supplied in 5-ply or 7-ply heavy-duty corrugated cartons for export and warehouse storage.
The nesting profile helps reduce unused carton space during storage and transportation while supporting stable stacking throughout distribution. Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated area with relative humidity below 60%.
